Project Details
The University of Udine has launched, in collaboration with Kion, the functionality of an automatic calculation of the compensation contracts for teaching, based on the role and profile of each teacher.
Once the initial configuration of the hourly cost of lessons for the various roles and profiles of the faculty, our system automatically proposes the amount of compensation in its shell.
The amount so calculated is automatically reported in the printing of the contract, according to the model defined by the University.
U-GOV performs the automatic transfer of contracts to accounting: thanks to this automatic system, contracts are automatically generated in draft form complete with all the details of the assignment teaching and corresponding fees, avoiding the manual insertion.
