University Planner takes care of scheduling every University activity - lessons, events, etc - optimizing how fixed and mobile physical resources are shared.

  • all events planned for a given resource
  • all events belonging to the same group (i.e. course)
  • all events concerning a person or a group of people
• Manage fixed (rooms, labs, etc) as well as mobile (projector, computer, etc) resources.

The system has an engine to suggest possible timetables, calculating the better possible configurations based on the chosen constraints. It is also possibile to manually check the consistency of a suggested timetable with single constraints and manually change the schedule: every University can thus choose the preferred workflow, from the most automatic to the manually refined one.
